Soprano Nickie Johansson at Sound Ways Festival
On 19 November in the Composer’s House in St. Petersburg, the soprano Nickie Johansson gives a solo concert accompagnied by Russian musicians: Elena Grigorieva on cello, Evgeniy Zavorotniy on guitar and Sergey Oskolkov on piano.
The concert is part of the Scandinavian Concert Marathon in the framework of the International New Music festival in St. Petersburg Sound Ways.
Danish Cultural Institute in Russia has supported the concert and are close partners with the festival, where a number of Danish artists have been presented during the last couple of years. In 2015 Athelas Sinfonietta and in 2014 Alpha Trio.
