Dreams for Ukraine 2025

Dreams for Ukraine is a project under our programme the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House that brings together young Ukrainians around a shared ambition to contribute actively to the development of their local communities and Ukraine as a whole. The project was launched in 2022 with young people from the Mykolaiv region and has since expanded to include participants from nine regions across the country.

In 2025, 200 young people from the Sumy, Poltava, and Chernihiv regions took part in an online educational programme focused on youth participation, personal development, and project management. Thirty-six participants were subsequently selected to continue in the programme, which included project development and implementation, a study trip to Denmark focusing on democratic institutions, and the development of a strong cross-regional network.
