EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood Countries

With two youth houses in Ukraine, offices in Georgia and Moldova, and activities in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Belarus (via the programme ArtPowerBelarus), we are active in a region characterised by major conflicts and change. The focus here is on young people, democratic development, mental health, and capacity-building – with cultural exchange as a central platform for participation and dialogue.
